Three bedroom house with communal swimming pool and tennis court, in a quiet residential area in l'Escala and 2 km from the beach and the main shops.
Casa Paula welcomes us with a porch where we can relax reading a book or having a coffee at the table. Entering through the main door we find a bright living-dining room with access to the back of the house where we find the terrace. Going down some stairs we access to the outdoor terrace-patio equipped with furniture and barbecue, to enjoy meals and dinners outside in the summer days. On the ground floor there is also a toilet. Going up to the first floor there are three bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. The first one has a double bed, the second one with two single beds and the third one, more spacious, with a double bed and access to the terrace-solarium. The three bedrooms share a large bathroom with bathtub. The garage has been transformed into a small bedroom with a WC and shower, and also has a washing machine.
The communal area is only a few steps away from the house and has a swimming pool and tennis court. It is a very quiet residential area where you can easily relax.
