House for summer rental in L’Escala. House Pilans B is waiting for you to come and enjoy a good time between sea and countryside.
The outside of the accommodation consists in a pool with sunbeds and a barbecue área, to be shared with another house. Each house has its own barbecue. This rental is a good option if you are coming with children who like to meet new friends at the pool.
The semi-detached house is built on various levels and divided into an equipped kitchen, a comfortable living-room with private furnished terrasse, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single ones) and a complete bathroom. It also includes a private garage for your car.
House Pilans has a perfect ubication, close both to the main malls and to the beaches, especially those of Empuries where you can arrive in a short walk. Do not forget to visit the greco-roman ruins which are the cultural jewel of the region.
Our accomodations are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability).
