Spacious and sunny apartment for 5 persons, second floor of a house with two apartments in Grifeu area with a pleasant terrace and a nice panoramic view on the sea and the cost. It consists in 3 bedrooms, living/dining-room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom with shower and WC. There is also a second separate WC. It is located in a quiet area, on the high part of Grifeu area, at 1000 m from Grifeu beach.
We offer rental service for bed sheets and towels with previous request. The cost of this service is for bed sheets: 14 Euros per person and towels: 6 Euros for a set.
The client is due to leave a cash deposit of 200€ as a guarantee at the time of checking-in ( See GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS )
