The Eden Mar complex is surrounded by magnificent gardens and direct access to the coves and the large beach of Torre Valentina.
The next corner apartment, located on a ninth floor, has a capacity for 5 people, as it has two rooms: one with a very large double bed, and another room with 3 single beds.
It has a large dining room - living room with TV and sofas. The kitchen is spacious and has all the necessary utensils to enjoy the stay. (E.g. pots and cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, microwave...).
But the most important thing is that you will be amazed with the great terrace that the apartment offers and its perfect views to the sea and to the swimming pool, direct exit from the dining room as well as from the rooms. It has everything you need to have an ideal holiday.
The apartment has wifi and private parking included in the price.

The Community has an indoor private dining room, outdoor barbecue area, 3 tennis courts and basketball court, 3 swimming pools with water activities and competitions, solarium, private restaurant (July and August), indoor games area (table tennis, billiards, table football, etc.), childcare facilities, press services at home, bread and pastries and its own cleaning and laundry service.
Some of these services are not free and are therefore not included in the rental price. To be consulted when making the reservation.
The municipality of Sant Antoni de Calonge is ideal for practising all types of water sports, enjoying the beauty of its beaches and making excursions around the Calonge area, discovering its farmhouses, vineyards and wineries.
All the surrounding villages have their particular magic and different activities to carry out, in Palamós we will find big beaches and at the same time small Calas, in one of its two nautical ports, we find the Fishing Museum, near the Lonja, where big and small will be able to learn something more about the history and present time of the Fishing in the Costa Brava.
In Calonge, the charming streets of all the village drag us towards its Medieval Castle.
A Castillo de Aro entertainment is assured both day and night, by day, we can make a tour of the mythical main avenue where we find all the latest fashion stores and small and charming museums including the Museum of the Nina, and for the amusement of the youngest, the Aquadiver Water Park remains open throughout the season. As the sun sets, a large number of exclusive nightclubs brighten up the night.

Office hours: from 10 am to 2 pm / 4 pm to 8 pm. Check-in and payment will be made there and the keys will be handed over.
Check in time: Entrances from 13:00 to 14:00 hours, depending on availability, and from 16:00 to 20:00h.
Check out time: Departures from 10 am to 11 am at the latest.
Place of check in / Check out: Josep Lluis Sert Street, 20. Sant Antoni de Calonge. Management will be done directly in the apartment.

The loss of the keys entails a surcharge of 60 Euros.
It is the guest's responsibility to inform their estimated time of arrival before the check-in day.
Check in later: If you notify us before, you can check in after 20:00h and until 23:00h by paying a surcharge of 25 euros. Girorooms Travel will be informed before the check-in day by contacting the above-mentioned telephone numbers directly.
Check out later: It will be possible to check out late until 18:00h with an extraordinary payment of 25 euros and according to the availability of the establishment.
No show: the customer who cannot be contacted and / or does not answer calls or messages / emails during the check in day and does not report his arrival time at 23h of the check in day will be considered for all purposes as not presented.
Tourist tax: we inform you that when you arrive at Playa de Hoop we will charge you the tourist tax that is 1 € per person per night to people who are older than 16 years.

Are you coming by car? No problem, the parking lot is already on the estate!
To improve your stay and also facilitate the rest of the neighbors we ask you to comply with a number of rules: when you make the entry we will make an inventory check, at the exit, you must leave the apartment in the same condition as it is at the time of entry, looking please to communicate any damage you may have inadvertently caused.
You must also respect the following rules:
- it is forbidden to bring pets
- It is forbidden to celebrate parties or stag or hen parties.
- we do not accept bookings of hooligan groups
- Smoking is not allowed in the premises or in the apartment.
- The building's noise timetables must be respected.
- Before departure you should dispose of the garbage in the nearest containers. Ask the agency for its location.
- Before departure you have to leave the dishes clean and the apartment absolutely tidy.
Otherwise the agency reserves the right to apply a charge of 25 euros which is subtracted from the refund of deposit.
In the total of the reservation we inform of a supplement that corresponds to the cleaning and to the supply of towels and bed linen.
